Order Shipment

RE: Order #19145


My girlfriend placed this order last Friday. After that, she was told that once the warehouse opens on the 16th of January, it would be shipped. As of 11:56PM CST on January 16, it is still in the "approved" phase. When I look through your inventory, I see the the product ordered is no longer visible (possibly out of stock). I have two questions: if it is out of stock, does my order guarantee that I will get one? and when will my order be shipped.

I hope I didn't convey any anger in this post, I was just curious and wanted to ask a couple questions. Thank you.

Hi AmIJeremy, your order is still on track to be shipped. We underestimated the amount of work necessary to ship all the orders and were completely overwhelmed when we came back. We managed to ship half of all the approved orders yesterday (16 Jan) by working for almost 24 hours and should be able to finish the other half today.

Your order was for a Cool Black iStyles Silicone Video 30GB and that is indeed no longer available for sale as it has been sold out. One of the last few pieces have already been reserved for your order. An e-mail will be sent as soon as your order ships.
