Black 360 skin

Anyway I can see some pictures of the all black skin on the xbox 360?

Unfortunately, no. We do not have live pictures of this particular product. Even though the flash at Solid State Black Xbox 360 Skin is simulated, it pretty much looks like what you see there. The Skins are a little more shiny in real life.

Off hand do you think it looks similar to the Elite 360 just announced?

Thats what im going for, I would do the black case but that voids the warranty.

If you're looking for exactly the same effect up close, the Skin will not do and a complete replacement of the Xbox 360 casing will be the only option. The Elite 360 looks more matt up close but the Skins are more shiny with a higher gloss value.

It depends on the consumer's preference - some people like a matt surface while other like shiny ones, but shiny surfaces do tend to make a product look more expensive.

The Skins will be the easiest way to achieve a similar effect to the Elite 360 without voiding any warranty. All you'll need to do is stick them on. If a person doesn't look at the result closely, he may think that it's the Elite 360, plus a little more shine.

True, I do have the 360 in a spot were its sort of dark...I just want it to match my controllers ( I will buy the elite controllers once they come up)
