hey there! I found an annoying bug. After placing my order it takes you to screen that Gives you your ref id #, your WorldPay transaction ID and says that its finishing up your order. It stays on that screen for about 2 seconds (literally) then goes to a screen that says whats in my cart and it shows that your cart is empty. There is no way to print you transaction ID's and there is no confirmation page. Very frustrating having to refresh a gazillion times back to get your ID's just to show you ordered something. The cart error bug that we were looking for was never found and probably never existed.

Thank you for the feedback on the transaction process. We tried to replicate the situation but were not able to reproduce the error. It is possible that the error might have occurred in your case due to the failure of WorldPay to pass the variable back to our store properly, probably because a lost transmission in the last few stages, eg, if the stop button was pressed or if there was a disruption to the internet connectivity somewhere.

This can probably happen in some very rare cases and there is no way to prevent such an occurrence, but no data is lost and security is not compromised.
