Upgrades to Forum and New Support Channels

We have been restructuring the forum recently to leverage on the platform to better serve our customers. In addition to the upgrade of all internal softwares to the latest versions with the newest feature sets and the enhancement of features, we have also taken measures to ensure that the Forum and Store are tightly coupled to make navigation intuitive and hassle free.

We will continue to make various progressive enhancements and additions over the next few weeks. To start off, three new Forums have been created to give our customers more flexibility in contacting us:

Pre-Sales Questions - For any pre-sale questions that you may have.

Product Support - For support issues relating to existing orders or purchased products.

iStyles Affiliate Program - For queries related to the iStyles Affiliate Program - the usage, payouts and how you can maximize commissions.

Three discussion forums have been created for miscellaneous discussions - Off-Topic Chat, iPod Chat, Mobile Computing Chat

iPod Chat and Mobile Computing Chat are revived from their early days as part of the pdatrends Blog.

Better support infrastructure has been added to the Pre-Sales Questions and Product Support forums. Issues posted in these forums can now be marked as 'open' or 'closed' to better track issues that are still pending or have already been resolved.
