MK is on a distinguished road
Re: MK Rules

Thank you for the kind words. It's nice to receive a compliment directed at me (for once).

I'm very open in my discussions as I believe in transparency. All postings are never censored in any way. The good, bad and terrible (some people may find the read amusing) are open for all to see. Only the spammers are automatically censored by our spam filters. I try to support customers as best as I can but if you dig further in, you'll find some cases that are just impossible to resolve.

On our part, we analyze "negative" cases when they arise and put in place a series of corrective measures in other areas, such as in the presentation of information on our site, to reduce the possibility of a repeat incident. In many ways, negative cases, when they occur, help the business to evolve for the better.
