Thank you for the feedback on the transaction process. We tried to replicate the situation but were not able to reproduce the error. It is possible that the error might have occurred in your case due to the failure of WorldPay to pass the variable back to our store properly, probably because a lost transmission in the last few stages, eg, if the stop button was pressed or if there was a disruption to the internet connectivity somewhere.
This can probably happen in some very rare cases and there is no way to prevent such an occurrence, but no data is lost and security is not compromised. |
