Yup, the Skins can be applied over the screen protector even if the protector covers the whole front. However, removing the skin after that may or may not damage the protector - it really depends on the quality of the protector as there're some really flimsy stuff out there. If it's a hard protector, it's not likely to be affected whatsoever by the removal of the skin.
